Who we are

This website is run by Roma Sports Therapy, 3 High Street, Prescot, Liverpool L34 3LD. If you have a question about your data, call 07555 752640 or message us on WhatsApp.

What this website collects

The website has no forms, accounts or comments, so it does not ask you for personal details. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous usage data such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are (city level), your device type and how you arrived at the site. We use this only to understand which pages are useful. If you deny cookies, Google Analytics does not load. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Bookings

Appointments are booked through Fresha. When you book, Fresha collects your name, contact details and appointment details on our behalf and processes them under its own privacy policy. We use this information to manage your appointment and contact you about it.

Messages and calls

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, we keep your message and number only as long as needed to answer you and manage any booking. Any health information you share before or during a treatment (for example injuries or medication) is used only to make the treatment safe and is kept confidential.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It is only shared with the services above (Fresha for bookings, Google for analytics if you have accepted cookies, and Meta if you message us through WhatsApp or Instagram).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how it is used. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
